Omar Andrade leads IDEA DISTRICT, Inc., an association of new media editors, producers and project managers who conceptualize and commercialize thought leadership in multiple mediums including new media publishing, qualitative research with senior executives, as well as web-based and real-time experiential events. Aimee Munoz oversees program management at IDEA DISTRICT. Aimee is responsible for research and development of conferences, webinars, and research meetings and oversees day-to-day operations of Onboarding | 2025 portfolio of conferences. In addition to her work with IDEA DISTRICT, Aimee runs programs for global exchange students and teaches ESL to underprivileged youth.
Jonathan Hamilt | Creative Development
Jonathan is responsible for managing the design of corporate and industry marketing assets, and producing corporate and industry communications. Responsibilities include presentation development, corporate website and industry newsletters. He oversees and maintains a comprehensive companywide image and video library, develops and enforces company design standards and is the key creative contact for all IDEA DISTRICT marketing collateral and multimedia presentations.
Keith Watson | Customer Experience
Keith's areas of expertise include customer insight and satisfaction. He works closely with Onboarding | 2025 to ensure a constantly improving customer experience and program relevance.
