Organizations that have embraced Onboarding as an opportunity for positive impact have been re-tooling the New Hire Experience.

Many companies have reported significant gains toward early objectives and now managers must rise to the challenge of rolling out these programs to larger, often global workforces. Two of the issues that arise are budget and “global-governance” and uniformity of experience, all necessary to achieve the key requirement: design and delivery of scalable programs with meaningful positive impact to the business.
We met for our annual event and heard from companies tackling the elements of scale.
Presentations included:
-
Accenture, PwC, and Facebook using vastly different approaches to onboard large new hire populations
-
World Bank embraces multi-cultural workforces across the globe while maintaining one corporate culture
-
Autodesk describes the expanding scale that comes with acquisition and how to integrate for success
